Effect Study on Female Patients' Blood E2, FSH Levels with Treatment of Hormone Replacement Therapy to Perimenopausal Syndrome

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of hormone replacement therapy for climacteric syndrome and the influence on blood E2,FSH level. Methods 110 cases of climacteric syndrome in our hospital, were randomly divided into research group and control group, each with 55 cases. Research group were treated with hormone replacement therapy. Control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment. Total effective rate, serum E2,FSH changes before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared. Results Total effective rate of research group was 94.5%,which was higher than 80.0% of control group(P0.05).After treatment, serum E2 levels of research group elevated, FSH levels declined, the degree of improvement were better than the control group(P0.05). Both of two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Hormone replacement therapy for climacteric syndrome is effective and safety. It could significantly improve level of serum E2, FSH.
