Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of different doses of estrogen replacement therapy for perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 70 perimenopausal syndrome patients based on a random draw principles were equally divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given large doses of estrogen replacement therapy, the treatment group was given small dose of estrogen replacement therapy, the treating cycles were months. Results After treatment, the response rates of treatment group and the control group were 97.1% and 85.7% respectively compared to had obvious differences(P 0.05). Compared of serum FSH and E2 values between the two groups were not statistically significant before treatment, after treatment FSH values were significantly lower, E2 values were significantly increased(P 0.05), and the serum FSH and E2 values simultaneously compared with the control group differences were statistics significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose estrogen replacement therapy for perimenopausal syndrome has better outcomes, it can to promote the normalization of hormone secretion that should be widely applied.
