On enterprises' intellectual property rights strategy in China

Abstract
The paper analyzed the status and function of intellectual property rights in the country,and pointed out that in the situation of economic globalization and intellectualization, the competition for intellectual property rights is no doubt among the highest-level competitions in human history,the innovation and protection of intellectual property rights are becoming the rules and basis in the evaluation of a nation's comprehensive power and sustainable development.Then the paper concluded that only if our domestic enterprises strengthen the consciousness and set up the strategy of intellectual property rights,can they ensure their survival and development in the future.
