Intellectual Property Rights Strategy of the National Autonomy Area and Promoting the Region Innovation

The intellectual property rights have become the significant strategic question to affect society economic development in China,in 2008 April China issues Country Intellectual Property rights Strategy Outline.This article mainly firstly introduces the domestic and foreign intellectual property rights strategic situation, then analysises the great significance of elaborating the national autonomy region intellectual property rights strategy to promote the local development and the innovation, lastly puts forward the basic proposal about the intellectual property rights strategy establishment in the national autonomy area.
