Strengthen the consciousness of intellectual propertyright and promote the scientific and technological industry

With the booming development of science and technology, the process of economic globalization has been accelerated and characterized by its distinctive epochal style.The quantity and quality of intellectual property rights that a country or an area owns has become an important symbol of evaluation of its capacity for technical innovation and economic competition.China's entry into the WTO has brought more challenges to our work of intellectual property rights.This article analyses the present conditions and existing problems in our country's work of intellectual property rights and in view of the realities,it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions,including how to strengthen the consciousness of intellectual property right protection and the construction of intellectual property right system;how to enlarge original research and development of initiative intellectual property rights;how to better the construction of intellectual property rights group and how to perfect the rewarding system in which intellectual property rights take part in the division of profits.
