Exploring Asset Assessment In China's Implementation of Intellectual Property Rights Strategy

Since the advent of the era of knowledge economy,intellectual property rights are increasingly important as part of a country's soft national power.Asset assessment of intellectual property rights is a key link in implementing the national strategy of intellectual property rights and accelerating the translation of intellectual property rights into real productive forces,given the realities that China's resource reserve of intellectual property rights is inadequate,comprehensive abilities of intellectual property rights are not strong enough,and China is facing different challenges in this field.Therefore,the implementation of the national strategy of intellectual property rights has become an inevitable choice in order to promote China's economic and social development and respond to future competition.
