The value comparation of coronary CT angiography,treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To compare the value of coronary CT angiography and treadmill exercis test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods 60 patients suspected with coronary artery disease in our hospital were given to coronary CT angiography and treadmill exercise test,with coronary angiography as diagnosis criteria,the susceptibility,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value of coronary CT angiography and treadmill exercise test were compared. Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value of coronary CT angiography of coronary heart disease was significantly higher than the treadmill exercise test,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). The sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of right coronary artery,left main,left anterior descending artery,circumflex coronary artery disease were significantly different( P 0. 05). Conclusion The accuracy of coronary CT angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease is greater,especially for excluding coronary disease,so it can be used as the preferred method of diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
