Abstract
Objective: To investigate the treadmill test for coronary artery disease. Methods: 230 clinically suspected coronary heart disease patients, exercise treadmill test were used successively and coronary angiography, and the results were analyzed. Results: Among the 230 patients, the CHD group was 146 cases, non-CHD group was 84 cases. Treadmill test sensitivity of 89.04% and a specificity of 73.81%, diagnostic accuracy rate of 83.48%. Conclusion: The exercise treadmill test is a simple, safe and economical non-invasive screening method for coronary artery disease, severity assessment have a high reference value, worthy of promotion.
