Abstract
OBJECTIVE To domestic and imported ceftazidime treatment of children with bacterial lower respiratory tract infections a cost-effectiveness analysis.METHODS 136 cases of hospitalized patients who suffered from the children bacterial lower-respiratory infections and only be treated with ceftazidime from 2008.9~2009.10 in our hospital were retrospectirvely analyzed.According to medicine,They were divided into A,B groups,A group given ceftazidime(Domestic) 60mg/(kg·d),sub-2 intravenous infusion;B group given ceftazidime(Import) 60mg/(kg·d),sub-2 intravenous infusion, two groups of treatment are 7 days, two groups were calculated after treatment of the bacterial clearance rate, incidence of adverse reactions, two groups of treatment efficiency and the total cost to calculate the cost-effectiveness ratio.RESULTS After treatment A,B the cost of drug treatment groups were: A group of 236.4 yuan,B group 982.5 yuan, compared between the two groups there were significant differences(P0.05);treatment efficiency are as follows:91.30%,94.03%,A,B groups of the bacterial clearance rates were as follows: 86.36%,90.70%,two groups of adverse reaction rates were as follows:5.80%,2.99%,between the two groups did not differ significantly(P0.05);two sets of cost-effectiveness ratio are as follows: 2.59,10.45.CONCLUSION The cost of domestic Ceftazidime-Ceftazidime effectiveness ratio is better than imports,in order to better treatment.
