Clinical Observation of L-amlodipine and Amlodipine in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of L-amlodipine and amlodipine in treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.Method:From January 2010 to January 2011,120 cases of mild to moderate hypertensive were divided into A,B,C,three groups of patients were treated with different medication,clinical efficacy of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Result:After treatment,three groups of patients with hemoglobin values and red blood cell indices have a significantly increased in group C patients in the compliance rate of blood pressure and changes in blood pressure values are significantly better than group A and group B and group B patients blood K was significantly lower,the comparison of the experimental data of three groups of patients with statistically significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion:L-amlodipine and amlodipine are able to effectively alleviate the symptoms of mild to moderate hypertension,L amlodipine treatment effect is more significant.
