Abstract
College students have become mature both physically and spiritually,so they have their own interest and likes and their thinking and analyzing ability are higher.So college PE teachers should make use of the students' motivation for study to arrange the teaching content based on the students' physical and psychological characteristics.The teachers should motivate the students' interest in PE through new and original teaching methods,building a harmonious teaching environment,the teachers' powerful influence on the students and the teachers' affection and love to the students,in the meanwhile,the teachers should adopt new-type methods to train the students' awareness of innovation, creative ability and healthy personality.
