Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relative factors affecting the prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:The prognosis of 40 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed. Results:The relative factors, including time of treatment, volume of blood, cerebral hernia and age were highly related to prognosis(all P ≤0 01).Other factors, such as state of consciousness, the number of leukocytes in pevipoheral blood, rupture of intracerebral hematoma into the ventricle, and blood sugar level were not correlated with prognosis(all P 0 05).Conclusions:The patient with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage must be treated as carly as possible with hematoma aspiration.Dehydration to reduce intrcranial pressure and to prevent cerebral hernia was an important measure for increasing the chance of successful treatment.
