Abstract
Objective Two kinds of technology of pile nuclear crown for the clinical curative effect of restoration of residual root and crown were compared. Methods 256 cases of residual crown and residual root ofpatients(432 teeth) were randomly divided into control group(n = 216) and experimental group(n =216, control group patients with cast metal post coretechnology to carry on the treatment, the experimental group patients by using the nuclear technology of glass fiber post and resin treatment, every six months tested again for the patient. Results The success rate of one yearperiod with no significant difference(P 0.05),the rate of success after two years: in the control group, the success rate was 86.1%, the experimentalgroup, the success rate was 97.2%, there was significant difference(P 0.05),the treatment effect of the experimental group is better than control group. Conclusion For the repair of anterior residual crown and root,the clinical efficacy of glass fiber post core crown technology than the metal casting pile nuclear crown is safer and more efficient,it is worthy of clinical application.
