The Clinical Exploration and Observation on 40 Cases of Repair of Anterior Residual Crown and Root by Fiber Post and Resin Core

Objective To explore the curative effect of repair of anterior residual crown and root by fi ber post and resin core. Methods 40 cases and 72 teeth at all were randomly divided into experimental group(n=36) and control group(n = 36) ,control group were repaired by metal crown,and experimental group were repaired by fiber post and resin core. Results One-year success rate in both groups had no significant difference(P0.05) ,but there was signifi cant difference in the two-year success rate(P0.05) . Control group was 72.2%,and experimental group reached up to 94.4%,experimental group were signifi cantly better than control group. Conclusion Repair of anterior residual crown and root by fi ber post and resin core was safe and effectual,and can signifi cantly enhance treatment effect,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
