Thinking about the Local Legislation of Rural Environmental Protection

The rural environment protection is an important content of national ecological construction.Because of the delaying of national rural environment protection legislation,the regional differences of economic and social development,and the complexity of rural environment management,the local environment protection legislation comes out a lot of problems,such as,the local governments thinking little about the ecological integrity,large differences in legislation forms and technical lacking.In order to solve these problems,local governments should define objectives of environmental protection;improve legislation technology and the system construction.
