Abstract

Local environmental legislation occupies a large proportions in our nation's environmental legislation system,the correct understanding and perfection of our local environmental legislation is of great significance for the constructing of environmental law system with the features of China.The article analyzed the actuality and the existing problems in local environmental legislation,then some improving suggestions for local environmental legislation are put forward.
