Application of Nursing Procedure in the Training before Nurse Students' Practice

Objective: In order to understand the psychological state of nurse students, and their preparations of clinical skills before the practice, ensure the students finish their practice smoothly;Methods: One hundred and twenty students were applicated nursing procedure at the state of training before the practice and every state of their studying. Psychological education, talking, experience communication, clinical skill training were developed before the clinical practice according to the psychological state and the mastering of clinical technical of them. Results: The nurse students had exchanged their roles from students to nurses easily, and gotten good reputations from the doctors, nurses, patients and their families of the hospital they practiced. Conclusion: The application of nursing procedure in the training before nurse students ' practice could help them to finish the practice aims better, and reach the expected target.
