Abstract
Objective:To develop pre-employment training for the nursing students prior to clinical practice,to improve the students’ general abilities.Methods:To chose 3-year,4-year,and 5-year educational system the nursing students and carry out the training between the hospital and the school.Results:To consolidate the basic nursing knowledge and nursing skills for the students.Conclusion:To develop the pre-employment training for the nursing students, it helped them to adjust to the nurse’s role and inspire their study interest,to build a foundation prior to clinical practice.
