On the Importance of Pre-service Training of Nursing Students

Clinical practice is the important period for nursing students to combine professional basic knowledge with clinical practice,and standardized pre-service training is an important link for the comprehensive training. In view of the common problems in the practice of nursing students in the hospital,concentrated and focused training should be taken to let them adapt to the role transformation as soon as possible and get good results in the practice. This article mainly discusses the pre-service training of the nursing students who are going to leave campus for hospital.
