On the legal protection of property rights of farmland

Establishment of farmland property rights is a prerequisite for farmers to protect land rights.Clarity of farmland property rights is the necessary requirement of the development of market economy.Protection of farmland property rights is the key initiative of planning urban and rural development and promoting the construction of new countryside. In reality,however,there exist some problems in farmland property right protection,which severely damages the land rights of farmers.Therefore,our country should provide legal protection for farmland property rights by mean of setting up farmland property rights,improving villagers self-government,guaranteeing the right of peasant association and strengthening judicial relief to provide legal protection of property rights for farmland.
