Discussion on Allocation of Farmland Development Rights and Distribution of Farmland Appreciation

Abstract
Rational utilization of land resources and farmland profit distribution need related allocation of land rights.But in the process of farmland expropriation for economic construction,the compensation for land-lost farmers did not reflect the real value of land.The reason is that farmers don′t have the farmland development rights.This article introduces the meaning of the farmland development rights,analyzes the distribution of farmland development rights.The article supports that the key of protecting farmers′ rights and interests is to make sure the land rights,to provide land developing rights to farmers and guarantee farmers′ rights to get land additional benefits during land turning.
