Abstract

The farmland development rights is one of the important rights of farmland property rights system.However,research shows that the deficiency of the farmland development rights is universal in the present farmland expropriation system of our country.So,the farmland owner′s rights can bee much better protected when our nation sets about establishing the farmland development rights.
