Curative Efficacy Observation of Sick Sinus Syndrome by Shensong Yangxin Capsules

OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative efficacy of Sick sinus syndrome (SSS) by Shensong yangxin capsules. METHODS:50 cases of SSS were randomly divided into 2 groups(treatment group and control group).Control group were treated with conventional therapy: 0.3 mg atropine + 0.1 g aminophylline, p.o.,tid. Treatment group were additionally treated with Shensong yangxin capsules(2 pills every time,tid)based on the conventional therapy.The course of treatment lasted for 1 month. RESULTS:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.30%,while that of control group was 70.00%.There was significant difference between 2 groups(P0.01).The enhancement of heart rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Shensong yangxin capsule used for the treatment of SSS,is of obvious efficacy and little adverse reaction, and it is worthy of spreading in clinic.
