Clinical Study of the Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on Arrhythmia Patients

Objective To study the Shensong Yangxin Capsule′s clinical effect on patients with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 134 patients who were diagnosed ventricular arrhythmia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group 67 patients,the control group received propafenone,metoprolol or amiodarone on the basis of the patients′ arrhythmia type,the treatment group received Shensong Yangxin Capsul except receiving the ordinary therapeutic western medicine.Evaluate the effect after 4 weeks′ treatment.Results The treatment group′s ECG therapeutic effect rate was 91.04% and the control group was 76.12%,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05);The treatment group′s total clinical therapeutic effect rate was 92.54% and the control group was 77.61%,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment group′s therapeutic effect is much better than the control group.Shensong Yangxin Capsule′s therapeutic effect on ventricular arrhythmia patients is definite and worthy to be widely used in clinic.
