Therapeutic efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combinated with Metprolol on Rapid Arrhythmia

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shensong Yangxin Capsule(SYC) combinated with Met- prolol Tablet on Rapid Arrhythmia.Methods:All patients were divided into two groups randomly:Treatment group(80 cases) treated by Shensong Yangxin Capsule combinated with Metprolol Tablet and control group(79 cases)treated by Metprolol Tablet.Results:The total clinical efficacy in improving TCM syndromes was markedly higher in SYC group than that in the control group,90.0% vs 75.9%(P0.05).The same results was found in electrocardiogram,80.0% vs 69.6%(P0.05).There were no serious side effects of liver function and kidney function were observed in the two groups.Conclusion: This study demonstrates that SYC combinated with Metprolol Tablet is efficent and safe in Rapid Arrhythmia.
