Abstract
Objective:To assess the value of multi-tumor marker protein biochip system in lung cancer. Methods: The level of 12 tumor makers was analyzed in sera of 89 lung cancer patient by multi-tumor marker protein biochip system.Result: The positive rates of CA19-9,CEA CA125,SF were 17.9%,38.2%,26.9% and 22.4% in patients with lung cancer. And the combination multi-tumor markers positive rate was 55.1% which was apparently superior to single tumor marker. Conclusion: Multi-tumor marker protein biochip system has good valuable for clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.
