Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of multiple tumor marker protein biochip detective system for lung cancer. Methods The serum levels of 12 tumor markers, including CA199, NSE, CEA, CA242, CA125, CA152, AFP, ferritin free-PSA, PSA, β-HCG and HCG, were measured in 130 lung cancer patients and in 78 patents with benign pulmonary lesion. Results The positive rate of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of patients with benign lesion: 66.15%, vs. 32.05%, X2=22.78, P0.001). The positive rate of CEA (47.7%) was the highest in lung cancer group. Conclusion Multiple tumor marker protein biochip detective system has high reliable practical value in differentiating diagnosis of benign and malignant lung lesion patients.
