Study on the anesthetic effect and safety of propofol combined with dezocine in painless artificial abortion

Abstract
Objective: To study the anesthetic effects and safety of propofol combined with dezocine in painless artificial abortion.Methods:A total of 104 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(propofol group,52 cases) and observation group(propofol combined with dezocine group,52 cases),then the wake-up time,orientation force recovery time,incidence of adverse reactions,postoperative VRS score,anesthetic effect and hemodynamics indexes before the operation,5 min after the operation started,5 min after the end of the operation and compared between the two groups.Results:The wake-up time and orientation force recovery time of observation group were both shorter than those of control group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than those of control group,postoperative VRS score,anesthetic effect were better than those of control group,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and oxygen saturation(SpO2) of observation group 5 min after the operation was started and 5 min after the end of the operation were higher than those of control group,HR were lower than those of control group(P all0.05).Conclusion:The anesthetic effect and safety of propofol combined with dezocine in painless artificial abortion is better but adverse reaction is less.
