Application Value of Aztreonam in Lower Respiratory Tract Infection of Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective To study application value of Aztreonam in lower respiratory tract infection of cancer patients.Methods 340 cases of lower respiratory tract infection in cancer patients were divided into 2 groups. The observation group were treated with astronomy,the control group received ceftazidime,and clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared. Results The effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in the observation group were 87. 06% and 92. 54%; the effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in the control group were 83. 35% and 86. 76%. Bacterial clearance rate between the 2 groups had statistical difference( P 0. 05). The effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in the observation group were better than those of the control group,but the economic cost of the control group was less than that of the observation group. Conclusion Aztreonam has significant clinical effects for cancer combined with lower respiratory tract infection,and it is worthy of clinical application.
