Clinical Analysis on the Effect of Captopril in Patients with Ischemic Heart Failure

Objective:To study the effect of captopril in treating ischemic heart failure.Method: 30 cases in treatment group were given captopril on the conventional treatment for heart failure.30 cases in control group adopted the conventional therapy.Result: The total effective rate was 53.3% and 76.7% in control group and treatment group respectively.The effective case,better case and more effective case was 9,14;7,9;14,7 respecitvely in control group and treatment group.There's significant difference between them(P0.05).There were two cases with rash and one case with granulocyte induced in treatment group.Conclusion: There's good effect to treat ischemic heart failure with captopril it can improve the heart function of patients with congesive heart failure,can improve the life quality of patients.
