Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of captopril in the treatment of heart failure analysis. Method:To select 120 patients with heart failure from our hospital,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group implemented routine anti heart failure treatment,and the observation group was treated with captopril on this foundation. To observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Result: The observation group’s total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than the control group’s. 4 months after the treatment,left ventricular diastolic,systolic diameter reduction degree,and ejection fraction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion:Captopril can improve heart failure patients with left ventricular diastolic,systolic diameter,and ejection fraction,and significantly improve the clinical effect in the treatment of heart failure,and have further extending application value with clinically.
