Clinical Analysis of Treatments of Captopril and SNP with Severe Heart Failure 60 Patients

Abstract

Objective To study clinical curative effect about the combination therapy of Captopril and SNP to treat severe heart failure.Methods During the 2008-2009 severe heart failure patients(cardiac Ⅳ level) randomly choose 60 cases from Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian Medical University,and divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The control group gives radix rehmanniae,diuretics and ACEI and other drμgs,and correct pathogeny.The treatment group on this basis,to add a captopril and SNP.Results 7 days later,compare the treatment group with control group heart function was improved,myocardial oxygen consumption was reduced.Conclusion Captopril and SNP can treat effectively for severe heart failure improve cardiac function,was a safe and effective method.
