Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of puerarin in Kangganjiedu Capsule by HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic column of ODS C18(250mm × 4.6mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water (25∶75),the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was 250nm.RESULTS The linear range of the method was 4.008～200.4μg (r=1.000,n=6),the average recovery was 99.95%,RSD was 0.19%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate,which can be used in quality control of Kangganjiedu Capsule.
