International Trade Rules in the Current Economic Crisis

The features and principles that multilateral trading system disposed are to make the trade protectionism impossible.WTO has drafted clearly about countervailing measures,anti-dumping,safeguard,import licences and other safeguard.However,there are some gaps that were used by many countries in the current crisis.Through comparing trade protectionism with trade liberalization,the multilateral trading system can be more effective to meet the current crisis.
