Abstract
OBJECTIVE To find out the optiminal extraction process of polysaccharide from Polygonatum and Fructus Lycii. METHODS With total polysaccharides and dry extract rate as the parameters for water-extraction,times of extraction, time and the ratio of material to water were used for the optimization of water-extraction technology.RESULTS The optimum extraction process:water doses was 10,8,8×,reflux extraction for 3 times and 1.5 h,1 h,1 h each time respectively. The extraction rate of soluble polysaccharides was 10.98% in the optimum conditions.CONCLUSION The optimum extraction process is stable and feasible.
