Abstract

The paper studied the optimum technology condition of extracting pigment using organic solvent from fructus lycii with single factor experiments and orthogonal tests. The result showed that the optimum extraction condition was 3:1(ml/g)-50℃-1.5 hour/time-4 times with petroleum ether-acetone(4:1 V:V).Under these conditions-the extraction rate was91.6%.
