RP-HPLC determination of hesperidin of Huoxiangzhengqi tablets

Abstract

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of hesperidin in Huoxiangzhengqi tablets.Methods The sample was analyzed on a C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),using methanol-glacial acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength 283 nm.Results The average recovery was 99.16% with RSD 1.85%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of the tablets.
