Abstract

To establish a method for determination of content of hesperidin in Chenxianglubailu tablets. Method:A Diamonsil C_(18)column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) was used with methonal-acetic acid-water (35:4: 61)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1) and detecting wavelength was 284 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.21-2.3μg(r=0.9999)and average recovery was 98.5 %,RSD=0.89% (n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,fast and accurate.
