Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method to determine hesperidin contents in Chensuxiang tablets. METHODS Hesperidin was separated by the mobile phase of acetonitrile-3% acetic acid solution(20∶80) in Diamonsil C 18 column and detected at 283 nm. RESULTS Hesperidin peak area and sample quantity had correlation in the range of 0.848-8.48 μg. The standard curve was Y= 1.83×10 6X-3.986×10 4(r=0.9999), and the average recovery was 99.44%±2.14%.The precision was 0.56%(RSD). CONCLUSION This method is specific, stable and accurate. It could be used for the quality control of Chensuxiang tablets.
