Abstract
In this study, the tissue grinder method was used to isolate the endophytic fungus from Taxus chinensis stems and forty-five endophytic fungus were obtained. The strain producing taxol( Tax-4) was identified as Massaria based on morphology and molecule. Endophytic fungi were obtained from Taxus chinensis stems, and the strain Tax-4 was identified as Massaria. It is indicated that the endophytic fungus Massaria producing taxol was isolated from Taxus chinensis, which further enriched the resources of taxol-producing fungi.
