Abstract
A strain of endophytic fungus which remark ZU07 was isolated from the inner bark of threeyear-old Taxus chinensis var.mairei,by HPLC of the culture fluid from the fermentation of fungus,the results showed that ZU07 could synthesize anti-cancer drugs of Taxol,its content was about 214.45 μg/L.
