Abstract
For the purpose of screening excellent strains for industrial producing taxol, the endophytic fungi were isolated and identified from T.chinensis in Qinba mountainous area, and the taxol content was determined by HPLC and HPLC-MS.The results showed that an endophytic fungus,H-21,was isolated which was C.tenuissimum.Taxol was found in metabolin and the content was 163.5 μg/L.
