Abstract
Liang Qichao is the most famous person who introduced Rousseau's thoughts in the early 20th century China.Lu Suo Xue An is an important book of Liang Qichao,which introduced Rousseau's life story,his social contracts theory,and the relation between general will and sovereignty,general will and law,and sovereignty and government.In a word,there are both right and wrong views in Liang Qichao's idea.
