Effect of low molecular weight heparin on unstable angina pectoris

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin on unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 61 patients with UAP were divided randomly into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(30 cases).The patients in control group were treated with the routine therapy of angina pectoris.The other group were added with low molecular weight heparin besides the routine therapy of angina pectoris.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.5%)was markedly differ from that of the control group(70.0%)(P0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin in treatment of UAP is more effective and safe than the routine therapy of angina pectoris.
