Clinical Observation on Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium for Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of low molecular weight heparin sodium for the unstable angina pectoris.Methods Seventy cases with the unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:treating group(n=38)received routine treatment and low molecular weight heparin sodium,and control group(n=33)received only routine treatment.The course of treatment lasted7days.Results The effective rate was75.8%and94.7%in the control group and the treating group respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).There was1case myocardial infarction in the control group and no case in the treating group.Conclusions The Therapy with low molecular weight heparin sodium based on the routine treatment can regulate paroxysm of the unstable angina pectoris and reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction.
