Teachers' Sense of Happiness and Teachers' Professional Development

Abstract

Along with market economy,school swept into the competition mechanism.In all kinds of pressure,and our teachers appeared helplessness,loss,this makes the teacher professional development in pursuit of the process appeared burnout,the shrinking mood.Based on this phenomenon,the emergence of triggered to our teacher professional development of teachers'sense of happiness of thinking.
