The Cultivation of Teachers' Professional Happiness

Abstract

Teachers' professional happiness is also called education happiness and is a subjective living state in which teachers work to achieve their career ideal in the teaching and education.To realize the teachers' professional happiness,the teacher's ability to be happy must be improved.Teachers' happiness ability refers to the teachers' experience and creation of happiness.The author expressed her opinions and cultivation of teachers' happiness ability with the purpose to give some insights into the teachers' morality.
