Abstract
In the new era,putting the into the view of teachers' professional development,daring to pursuit of happiness and the sound happiness of teacher,which is not only the reflecting of the modern human beings enhancement of subjectivity consciousness,also the manifestation of social progress.In the professional developing road,teachers pursuit the education ideal,affirm the self-worth in the hard creative work and realize the professional development,only that can they appreciate the vocational happiness.
