In light of interview and investigation result analysis of junior middle school teachers' professional happiness in one city,the paper presents the laws of formation and development of teachers' professional happiness,and the laws are as follows:the formation and development of teachers' professional happiness is the realization procedure of teachers' professional ideal;the formation and development is limited by varied advantage necessity;it is the cycle of teachers' happiness pattern;it is the process of continuous obtaining of the sense of accomplishment;it is the result of the adjustment of teachers' expectation.
