Abstract
To observe the changes of visual and IOP following cataract phacoemulsification after glaucoma surgery. Methods 39 eyes with cataract after glaucoma surgery have small incision phacoemulsification and IOL implanted. In an average follow up period of 19.7 months (range 3 to 18 months). Results The corrected visual acuity in 82.0% of the patients reached 0.1 or better. 39 eyes (100%) has normal IOP. Conclusion The results suggest that the selection of the incision for IOL implantation is crucial for successful cataract surgery in glaucoma patients. Low complication, quick rehabilitation and normal IOP are obtainable following the cataract phacoemulisification.
